The MontRaw processes only ingredients that meet its high standards. From these products, the kitchen conjures up delicate dinner menus with Mediterranean influences. Among them are gentle appetizers like Fish Crudo made with hamachi fish, shifka vinaigrette, red onions, chilli, labneh, croutons, and zaata’r, as well as hearty main courses like the Entrecôte with mashed potatoes, grilled spinach, and beef jus.

The wine list holds organic and vintage wines specifically matched to the dishes. But the house’s signature drinks are also worthwhile, such as the reposado tequila drink “Last Bloom,” enriched with mezcal and enhanced with hibiscus, violets, and lime.
