A classic Lovis menu combines ingredients like sourdough bread, beet and egg yolk with accents of shiitake, tamarind and beurre blanc. You can choose between the 4-course and 6-course menu. Each is accompanied by an exclusive selected beverage accompaniment upon request.
Those who don’t eat meat will still get their money’s worth at Lovis: the team is happy to “veganize” the vegetarian menu, and also takes care of other intolerances.
