Managing director Anna-Maria Maaß spoils her guests with German-French brasserie cuisine. Another feast for the eyes in the guest room is the huge wooden relief “Bacchanal” by Canadian artist Jean-Yves Klein. It gives the gendarmerie a touch of bohemia.
